Hospitalized since Friday for some chest discomfort, former Vice President Dick Cheney's was released from the hospital on Monday.
If you are among many who may have missed Dick Cheney lattest hospital stay, not to worry, he has another hospital tour scheduled this fall.

Nevada leads nation in unemployment at 14 percent.

On Friday, the Nevada Department of Employment released a report showing the state unemployment rate jumping to a record 14 percent in May from 13.7 in April, which push the state to lead the nation.

BP CEO Tony Hayward is releved of day-to-day duties in Golf oil spill.

A day after getting grilled on Capitol Hill by lawmakers and after several gaffes during his handling of the oil spill, BP finally removed CEO Tony Hayward from day-to-day oversight of the crisis.
It may be a little too late, but Mr Hayward finally got his wish about getting his life back and can go spend the rest of his summer watching the blockbuster movie that he directed.

California man caught in Pakistan trying to sneak in in Afghanistan.

A California man was arrested in Pakistan while trying to sneak in in Afghanistan armed with a handgun, a sword, a dagger and night vision equipment in a mission to hunt and kill Osama Bin Laden. Police in Pakistan said the man was caught in the Nuristan region because he said that where bin Laden is hiding.
About time one American is serious about catching Osama Bin Laden.

BP is said to be looking to pay billions in first-quarter divident to its shareholders.

With the golf of Mexico oil spill as a backdrop, BP is said to be leaning towards making good on its plan to pay first-quarter dividend to its shareholders.
The average people asking how come they can be even be contemplenting to do such thing, need only to remember that these oil people have oil in their veins instead of blood.

Lindsay Lohan violates the terms of her bail again.



In an other episode of the Lindsay Lohan saga, a judge found her in violation of her terms of probation when her court ordered ankle bracelet alcohol monitor detected the presence of yes, you guess it, alcohol. As a result, and after a closed-door meeting, the judge doubled her bail to $200,000 instead of issuing a bench warrant for her arrest.
People may get upset about Lindsay Lohan treatment, but in hindsight, she is being used as a cash caw to keep the broke state's afloat.

Google change of its homepage upsets its users.

Yesterday, Google upsets many of its users by changing its distinctive traditional white background with a customizable picture in an attempt in what is described as an attempt to give its users a certain level of personalization.
I think Google users got upset at it for playing with their nerves with a distracting image instead of providing them a job.

Mitt Romney Detroit childhood home torn down.

Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney's childhood home in Detroit was among thousands of vacant homes torn down in that city this week.
These houses were said to been seating vacant for years because the city is so broke that it could not afford the costs associated with their demolition and have to use some federal stimulus money to do it.
What an insult for a staunch conservative like Romney: your childhood home city is so broke that federal stimulus money is to be used to tear down your former broken down home.

Former Illinois governor Rod. Blagovich trial began yesterday and his lawyer said in his opening statement that his client could not be corrupt because he is a broke man saddled with as much as $2oo,000 of consumer debt.
Dough! Case close. This guy just sank his client. Sir your client is broke, that's why he tried to shake anybody that came close to him.

A new study by Grant MacEwan University in Canada has found that playing video games right before bed may help people control their dreams. It concluded to say that the findings may help develop a possible treatment for people with frequent nightmares.

President Obama denies any wrongdoing concerning Representative Sestak.

At a news conference last week, President Obama brushed away any wrongdoing in relation with Pennsylvania Representative Joe Sestak claims that he was offered a position in order for him to drop out of the senate race and not challenge Arlen Specter, the longtime holder of the seat and the White House favorite.
Yeah! The only thing wrong here is how naive the world outside politics is.
