Playing video games before bed may help people control their dreams.

A new study by Grant MacEwan University in Canada has found that playing video games right before bed may help people control their dreams. It concluded to say that the findings may help develop a possible treatment for people with frequent nightmares.
I think that treatment spells j o b !
