A contestant in British got talents is suing Simon Cowell over comments he made.

A 54 years old contestant in the 2009 season of Britain' Got Talent show is suing Simon Cowell for $3.8 for what she calls "humiliation" after being unceremoniously being booted off the show.
One can only hopes that the judge Judy is not presiding over her case.

Lawn chair flight race took place in Oregon.

The man famous for flying a lawn chair strapped to hundred of helium filled balloons over 240 miles cross Oregon and into Idaho two years ago, did again, this time racing against a fellow balloonist.
Who can blame them? At the rate at with airlines are jacking up prices and tagging a fee to almost anything, we may soon all be flying strapped to our own balloons.

Pigeon droppings force the cancellation of Kings of Leon concert.

Over the week end, a concert headlined by the Kings of Leon in Saint Louis was cancelled after three songs due to heavy pigeons droppings. The band's bassist was said to be the most targeted by those droppings.
Man! How bad did that guy sucks to the point that even the pigeons couldn't take it anymore?

Senator Joihn McCain suggests that all illegal immigrants be sent back home.

During a radio interview early this month, Arizona Senator and former Presidential candidate who is in a fight of his life to win his party nomination in the upcoming primary, was quoted saying that all illegal immigrants in this country need to be sent back to wherever they came from.
Tea party activists seem to have taken that advice too far with their plan to send all incumbents to wherever they came from.

Another Mel Gibson tape has surfaced in which he is heard berating his ex-girlfriend in an expletive filled rant that is also calling Mexicans and black people.

Israeli Prime Minister's bodyguards guns went missng.

During the recent visit of Israeli Prime Minister in the U.S., four guns belonging to his body guards went missing while in transit from New York to Washington.
Call me a sceptic, but I am suspecting that those guns were lost deliberately by the Israelis so to bring the U.S. closer by having uncle Sam provide fully armed body guards to the Israeli leader.

U.S. Justice Department is suing Arizona to stop the immigration law.

On Tuesday, the Justice Department filed a lawsuit against Arizona looking to stop stop its immigration law from taking effect on the grounds that it is unconstitutional. The Justice Department argues that enforcing immigration laws is a federal responsibility.
Uncle Sam, you know you have been drinking too much when you start suing members of your own family.

Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagovich has considered Oprah for senate seat.

Tapes played during former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich showed that for a moment, he considered Oprah to feel the former senate seat vacated by President Obama.
But Blagojevich former chief of staff was against the idea, calling it "crazy."
After hearing the news, Illinois residents are all furious at the former chief of staff calling him crazy for keeping them from getting free spanking new cars from the Queen of TV.

The Pentagon looking to save $100 billionS over the next five years.

In a speech last week, Defense Secretary Robert Gates said that his goal is to save his department some $100 billions in the next five years. He outlined that those savings would come mainly from weapons systems and contractor service.
I am no defense specialist but Mr Secretary, the easiest and most obvious way to save your department some money, is to to restraint from invading the wrong country.

Ten Russian suspected of being some agents for Russia's secret services were arrested Monday on suspicion of of spying.
