Blagojevich wants President Obama subpoenaed for his trial.
Former Illinois governor Rod Blogojevich asked a judge last week to issue a subpoena for President Obama to make him testify at as a witness at his corruption trial.
Some legal experts equate that attempt to a hail marry pass disguised as an onside kick.
