Delaware to legalize sport betting.
Last week, Delaware joined the ranks of few states that allow sports betting. According to the Wall Street Journal, "State Officials expect to have sports betting running in three months and table games such as poker, blackjack, craps and roulette in play in no more than six months."
But according to some unofficial reports, bettings on when Joe Bidden, the state most famous native son will stick his foot on his mouth, are always welcome.

Joe Biden believes life begins at conception.
Straying from his party stance on abortion and embracing his Catholic faith, Democratic VP nominee Joe Biden declared on "Meet the Press" on Sunday that he believes life begins at conception.
Moments later on ABC "This Week", Democratic nominee Barack Obama clarified his position on the issue by saying: "I don't presume to be able to answer these kinds of theological questions."
Who knew that Joe Biden would not only be Obama's tutor on foreign affairs but his spiritual spokesman too ?
