One single juror refused to find Rod Blagojevich guilty of corruption.
After deliberating for 14 days, the jury in Rod Blagojevich trial could only agree on one count of lying to FBI agents thanks to one juror who said that she didn't believe that any crime took place for the most serious charge that he tried to sell President Obama former Senate seat.
In her mind, "there were no smoking gun, just political talks."
