Germany celebrates twenty years of reunification.
This past weekend, Germany celebrated the 20 anniversary of its reunification with nationwide festivities.
Coincidentally, the divide in the U.S. became official this weekend with the progressive march on the Mall in DC following the conservative march organized by Glenn Beck last month.

Former White House Chief of Staff announced his candidature for mayor of Chicago.
As long rumored, former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel announced his candidature to run for mayor of Chicago. In a statement, he said that "he plans to hit Chicago's grocery stores, train stops, bowling alleys and hod dog stands"
Wow! It seems like freshly coming from the White House Rahm Emmanuel has a clear idea of what works and a good plan.

Japan follows the U.S. and Britain in issuing Europe travel alerts to its citizens.
Following the U.S. and Britain, Japan issued an alert to its citizens traveling to Europe because of an impeding terrorist attack over there.
The alert is similar to the one issued by the U.S. in a sense that it recommend caution when using public transportation and to be aware when visiting tourist sites.
In plain English, stop being like a Yankee abroad and more like a frightened foreigner.

More men said their parteners climaxed during sex than women admitted.
A survey by Indiana University found that 85% of men said that their partners climaxed during sex while only 64 % women said they did so.

National Commission on the BP oil spill criticizes U.S. government initial estimates.
A panel of the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill has issued an initial report criticizing the government for making low initial estimates of the volume of oil spilled in the golf.
