California passes a cuss free week
Unable to pass a pass a budget due three months ago, the California legislature was nevertheless able to pass several measures like a cuss free week, or one that would bar the state from filming cows in New Zealand among others.
I don't know about the cow filming, but I know that in a broke state, it would be hard to keep people from cussing.
