Take your kid to work day is loosing favors with schools across the country.

Last month, take your kids to work day was observed but schools administrators across the country appeared to have had it with the nearly two decade tradition and some of them are threatening to consider absent any kid not attending school on that day in the future.
One of the main reason given by school administrators is the kids' poor performance in schools already and the need to raise the stakes in standardized tests.
But I am suspicious that the main reason why schools administrators are rebelling against the practice is that they know that most parents don't even have a job.
