FCC is looking to force carriers to warn users about high usage.

In an effort to cut on so called "bill shock" or surprise high cellphones bills, the FCC is looking into imposing a measure that would force wireless carriers to send a warning to their users when they are about to reach their plan limits.
Otherwise, for people who can't shut-up, they need a friendly reminder to do so.
