The U.S. to pay $55.8 per seat to hitch a flight aboard Russian Soyouz.

Under a new agreement, the U.S. is paying Russia $55.8 million a seat for six flights to the International Space Station in 2013 and 2o14 after the current agreement expire in 2012. The new price represent an increase from the current price of $51 million per seat. It is said that the price include training and support services.
That begs the question:does it include in flight meals or will American astronauts have to bring their own launch bag too?
