GOP Senators agree to end stalmate and start the debate for financial reform.
Late Wednesday, senate Republicans have agree to end their filibuster of the Democratic financial reform bill after closed-door negotiations. That latest move opens the doors for the bill to be brought and debated publicly on the floor.
In others words, they have agreed to have a public disagreement.
