Fidel Castro congratulates President Obama on the passage of the health care bill.
In a long essay published in state controlled media yesterday, Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro applauded President Obama for passing health care reform but not before doing a little showboating by saying it took the U.S. more than two hundred years to get there while Cuba achieved that more than a hundred years ago.
