Senator McCain seems to flip flop in the face of the "Don't ask don't tell' debate.
During this week Congressional hearings on the "Don't ask don't tell"policy, defense secretary and the top military generals support a repeal of the longstanding policy.
Opposed to the repeal of the policy is Arizona senator John McCain who seems to change his position from a campaign pledge to support whatever decision adopted by top military officials.
To McCain defense, "Don't ask him what he said during the campaign."
