Army seizes Honduras president and move him to Costa Rica.
In Honduras, the army seized the sitting president in the middle of the night on Sunday and put him in a plane bound to Costa Rica after his opponents accused him of ignoring court rulings and seeking to change the constitution through a referendum to hold onto power, Bloomberg reports.
In a surprise move and before his transfert, former Vice President Dick Chaney called the authorities in Honduras and offered his services to waterboard him.
