Bill proposal to cap heat-trapping gases.
In Congress, two Democrat House Representatives have introduced a legislation looking to cap heat-trapping gases far beyond President Obama proposals. According to their plan, emissions would be reduced 20 percent from 2005 levels by 2020, surpassing Obama' plans of 14 percent by the same date.
But I think former President Bush beat them all to the punch by putting the country in the path of rapid deindustrialisation.
