U.S. students scoring better in math.
New results of an International math test released Tuesday, showed U.S. fourth and eighth-graders' scores have slightly improved since the last time four years ago.
That is understandable given the fact that they have to do a better job counting their ever shrinking allowance money in the current economic conditions.
