North Kotrea is removed from the terrorism blacklist.
Following North Korea's decision to restart its nuclear program unless it is taken off the terrorism blacklist, the Bush administration did just that on Saturday. To justify the move, officials at the State Department said the decision was in the best interest of the U.S. national security and consistent with the "action for action" principle of the negotiations.
Being the quick study he is, Osama Bin Laden threatened to stop eating Mac and Cheese until his name is taken off the terrorism blacklist.
