New law to require fire-sprinkler system on new homes.

At its national annual meeting in Minneapolis on Sunday, the International Code Council which sets the residential building code used in most of the U.S., voted to make fire sprinklers system mandatory in new one and two family homes and townhouses nationwide starting in January 1st 2011.
After hearing the news, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson said he could use one right now in his home just to cool off from trying to put out the fire on Wall-Street.
