Newest iPhone leaves Unlockers in the cold.
The announcement on Monday of the new iPhone came with a lot of unexpected twists. At first people were elated to learn that the new phone with more Internet connectivity speed, a built-in GPS satellite navigation and a plethora of third-party software applications, was priced at $199 or $200 cheaper than the previous model. But here is the catch : buyers of the new iPhone will have to activate the phone before leaving any AT&T store and will be locked in a two years contract .
