Cable and satelite TV rank last.
According to the University of Michigan annual survey of consumer satisfaction per industry, cable and satellite providers ranked second to last despite registering their highest scores since 2001.

That is not surprising . The most outrageous fact to me is that despite their dismal performance delivering TV programmations, these business are trying really hard to become players in online content creation and want also to have a say in managing traffic.They need to be stopped.
